As an agent, you should always ensure that all deals and transactions are documented in writing. This is extremely important because, if a dispute arises, you will have the necessary records to present as evidence in court.

Having agreements in writing is also essential to prove that you (or your client) have made a purchase, received payment, or been fairly compensated. Without written documentation, it can be nearly impossible to demonstrate that a deal actually took place or to establish the specific terms that were agreed upon.

To protect yourself and ensure a secure transaction, always insist that every important detail is clearly documented in writing before proceeding.
