Well Mr Seller, I understand that you want to get the best price for your property and as professional real estate agent, I will use the best marketing strategies to get it sold. Would you like that? Let's take a look at some stats here. Presently, other sellers with similar properties as yours sold theirs on average at $XYZ. In Belize properties like this one are being sold all around the country and if we really want to benefit from the sale of this one, and sell it quickly, we will have to look at a range of prices here and implement the best marketing strategies. If you win, we all win, and believe me I want to sell it at the best price possible. I'll tell you what, can we start today and take your current price, post it and see what happens in three weeks? And if we do not have leads, would you agree to reconsider this price? From this range of prices, and now that we have looked at the available data, what would you choose as y9our lowest range? As soon as we determine your range, which we will implement only after we see no lead on the current price will allow me to start working for you as of today to get your property sold.
