What up, Good People: I wrote about 9 days ago that my tenant owed me rent since December 2022. Well, I am happy to announce that she has paid me back rent for December 2022 and January 2023 within one week. She is still five months behind but the rental assistance company should be picking up that bill. I cannot wait to receive those $7K ones. My property manager has an inside connect in the rental assistance company. It is my hope that she works her magic. I hope to receive payment within two to three weeks. Can’t wait. If you want to get and stay in this game, you better be able to stomach the good and the bad, the ups and the downs, the positives and the negatives. (Keep it going). Peace.

Hi :) my name is Jordan. I'm new to everything real estate as far as making deals and actually doing things goes. I have heavily researched the benefits of being a landlord and getting into the real estate business. I even almost went to real estate school, but I was too scared and didn't believe in myself. But now I'm about to be 30 (this sept) and I finally feel ready to make the leap to trusting and believing in myself instead of the naysayers in my life. I joined the mastermind group in hopes to help me take the step from thinking to doing. I have a goal of making at least one wholesale deal before the end of the year. I am also actually starting esthetician school very soon in July, just to give some more background for who I am besides being in this class/community. I chose to do that so I can always have the ability to generate income independently but I do aim to make real estate my main game/source of income. So I don't have to work the "9-5" or whatever else schedule even if it's for myself. I'm really going for financial freedom here :) I'm a mother of three, one of which has special needs & requires a lot of time in therapy. I just recently fostered my three siblings for the entire pandemic. So I had LOTS of excuses for why I couldn't do things. But they went back to their parents and I also quit my "9-5" because I had the financial means to. I didn't want to quit as soon as I did but they were putting my health in jeopardy so I just ended up quitting. But I don't really regret it because now I have time to devote to working on my physical & financial health! Looking forward to this journey and learning from this group and eventually being able to contribute to it myself :)

I bought 20 batch numbers yesterday and made less than 150 calls on each one today, yet still some are being marked as spam. It looks like the ones that made more than 120 calls were marked. Should I just be buying more numbers to keep the total daily calls below say, 100?, what is everyone else doing?
