@Mike Slane and I are starting a "Junk Removal Company" for 3 reasons!! 1) We can make money with a new business 2) We can generate house buying Leads from these customers! 3) We can SAVE THOUSANDS on our taxes from all the donations we will make when we are hired to come remove some junk that could be donated to charities / thrift stores / good will / etc.... (We plan to hire people to run it.) Thoughts on this name...?

Hey all, my area of focus is Multifamily apartments, from 4 to 400 units. After a 25-year trading career in commodities, currencies, and stocks, I suddenly discovered the wonderful and unique asset class of MF. Since I bought my first home with a lease-option in 1997, I "should" be experienced in REI, but laughably I'm not. I basically ignored the opportunities for 2 decades and now feel like a babe in the woods as I set out in January to learn from David and a handful of other tigers. I just bought some 4K High Definition body cameras (like the police use) to help capture seller appointments when going solo! They should arrive tomorrow and I hope to start using them as soon as this week. Iโ€™m sure everyone could use some tips and tricks when it comes to taking to sellers and building rapport. Sometimes when I'm talking to selling and they are unsure if they want to show me their property or even spend the time to jump on a call with me, I usually text or email them this link: https://www.housesoldeasy.com/david It gives them an idea of who I am It gives them my bio It gives them a video of me talking It shows a photo of me so they know who they will be meeting with It shows them that I'm serious about helping them! What are your thoughts on this??? You can easily create a landing page for free as well if you don't have a website already. - You could link to your google my business page: - You could link to your FB page / Profile - You could link to your Linkedin Page - You could send them to your YouTube Page - You could send them to a Google Drive Folder (with bio, pics, & videos inside) - You could link to a Dropbox Folder (with bio, pics, & videos inside) - You could link to a YT video

Here are some examples of bullets that I use to train my VAs on Simple Call Script Questions: - Are you the owner / do you own 123 Maple St? - Do you have an interest in selling that property? - if so... When? - Why do you want/need to sell? - Tell me about the property. - -> Bed / Bath / SF / Condition / etc - Does the property Need work (if so what could be done) - --> Have there been any updates in the past 10 years? - How much do you think those repairs are going to cost? - When are you wanting to sell? - What is your asking price / What is the least you would take for the property? - (NO MATTER WHAT ... ALWAYS ASK -> If I pay CASH, could you do any better?) - Are you willing to show me the property? - When is a good time to meet you, so I can view the property? - Is the property Occupied or Vacant? How long has it been this way? - IF RENTED>>> Learn more about the tenants, how long, how much, etc.

If you have a website, I HIGHLY recommend that you create a simple page like this one; https://www.housesoldeasy.com/david The reason that I recommend this is b/c if a seller is not sure if they want to have you out to view the house OR if you get an appointment you can text the seller a picture of your business card and a simple link like this one... It builds trust, and authority that you can truly help them sell the property! it's also is a nice personal touch letting them know what you look like and what they can expect by having you come to meet them at a property! If you don't have a website yet I would recommend using ReSimpli CRM as it has websites, a phone system, and automated follow-up all built in.
