Protein and veggie dinner - Costco Special
The meal is 4oz of ground turkey, and 10 Brussels sprouts. For my meal plan, this is 1 serving of protein and 2 servings of veggies.
Ground turkey recipe: 1 whole white onion, salt, pepper, garlic (Costco), 3.4 lbs ground turkey.
