When you join, your first 30 days are Strict Mode (MM30 the reset). After that, the system naturally shifts into Sustainable Mode(MMAI). The reset works because it’s strict. Sustainable Mode works because it’s sustainable. Both are part of the same system. 2. Nothing is locked. There are no feature unlocks, hidden tiers, or expiring tools. You’re not paying for access — you’re paying to participate. Progress comes from staying, not from unlocking things. 3. The AI is a guide, not the program. The AI helps with day-to-day decisions. The structure, progression, and accountability are what make this work. AI access supports the system.The system is the value. 4. Leaving is allowed. If you cancel, nothing dramatic happens. You simply stop participating. Muscle Mindset works by staying — not by force. 5. How to succeed here: Follow the phase you’re in. Don’t try to optimize early.Let the system do its job. If progress ever stalls, that’s what Sustainable Mode is for. - Your only job today is to open the Start Here post for your phase and do step one. - Participation = logging, checking in, or asking questions when unsure. - Do not stack plans, skip ahead, or “improve” the system early. - Winning here means following the phase—not being perfect or extreme.
