Dusty disaster - Clean it, Floor it
Once the walls are plastered 3 coats, sanded down, & painted.
-Clean and Clear out everything unnecessary.
This is before applying the vinyl flooring in the basement.
I see alot of unleved surfaces, How will i fix this ?
