Minor stepback - demolish the old everywhere
Everything was fine until the area in the closet not completely finished. Had to get it right with a nice trim. Next video i’ll show finished floor!! ;I personally love the oscillating saw multi tool, its always very useful for hard to reach places, akward cuts and more , Whats you’re most favourite/usefull tool?

Dusty disaster - Clean it, Floor it
Once the walls are plastered 3 coats, sanded down, & painted. -Clean and Clear out everything unnecessary. This is before applying the vinyl flooring in the basement. I see alot of unleved surfaces, How will i fix this ? We shall see! ; Stay tuned for the results.

Welcome - Building together
These are real home renovations. Not TV houses, Not perfect builds( but i try). We look at crooked walls, half-done work The “make it look as goood as you can” , complete remodels & much more There’s always more than one right way, Adapt-Overcome-Achieve It often happens thats “good enough” is enough, regardless always leave it looking clean and well Done This space is for: - Master and apprentice carpenters - Homeowners and DIY’ers - Capable humans who want to understand , learn and perhaps improve their own space I’ll share my work ,problem solving & real decisions. Ask questions. Be respectful. It will all be, my pleasure

Bathroom window bay; Results
just missing the top tile piece & caulking in some areas but basicaly done. If you had a very small window space, Does this look like something you would have done? Or would you try to make it bigger by framing it otherwise? Let me know what you think!

Unfinished bathroom window bay squeleton
Studs exposed, no tile — nothing ready for a window. This is what real renovations look like. Add on Top, that Nothing’s square, and this window bay was ignored for years. We’ll make it work ! The size left to right is about 20inches , What do you think about this small window and tight fit?
