I joined Real Talk Dementia Support because I wanted a space where I could be vulnerable about the day-to-day reality of caregiving: the good, the hard, and all the emotions in between without judgment. I feel supported and understood by others on a similar journey, and Rae offers practical advice based on real experience. It’s a wonderful space to get support, learn, and vent when needed. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re new to dementia caregiving or feeling overwhelmed.

I find it helpful to talk to people in the same situation. People that arent a caregiver or haven't been one just dont understand the overwhelming stress and difficulty dealing with not only your well being but your loved ones too. Rae is very knowledgeable and understanding as well as helpful with everything I share.

A great non judgement community as we navigate the complexities of caregiving together. You are not alone we are here to listen. Thank you Rae for all your work and providing a safe private space for us to meet.
