Happy Monday investors, Hope everyone is off to a kick-ass week!

I noticed we have quite a few new members in the community and wanted to get some feedback from you all to see how my team and I can best serve you guys.

Along with that - I noticed there are quite a few of you that are looking to buy a primary residence as well as getting into investing. My favorite thing to do here is house hacking... but I wanted to ask, how many of you are looking for a place to call YOUR home while also having your mortgage paid for?

Looking to buy strictly an investment property (own my primary residence)
