I first took position of this property in early 2017. The neighborhood has changed slightly but not much. For an entire neighborhood to have an image change takes a lot of times and East Garfield Park is still the same. The neighborhood's median house price has definitely raised over the years but its still not considered a great neighborhood. What does the future hold for neighborhood development.
