Introduction
Hi all! Stoked to be apart of Jay's group.
I have been investing in Real Estate for about 4 years. I started out wholesaling and quickly found an affinity for mobile homes. I have flipped, wrapped, rented and now developing land for new mobile homes.
My wife and I are now buying co-living properties. We currently have 7 properties in GA, TX, and AL.
Creative finance has always fascinated me as its such a problem solver and great way to scale and move with speed within the market.
I am looking forward to learning more about Jay's process and have been a big fan of his creative mind/deals for years now.
