Cold Outreach - what are the best practices?
I am working on a cold outreach system and I'd really appreciate if I could get the answers to following questions. 1. Is it appropriate to reach out to a lead via email, SMS and phone call in one go or better to break this down to one method at any given time? If we opt for just one outreach method initially, when do we start the next method? 2. If we are doing the outreach at scale, how can we streamline the system to bring clarity that method A has already been used for X number of leads and method B is being emplyed for Y number leads and plan to expose X leads to method B now? 3. As for the CRM, is there any that offers an all-in-one service i.e for emails, calls and SMSes? Thank you
