RC3 Lacrosse Skool is a unique community established by Roy Colsey. The Head Coach of the PLL Chaos, a member of two Hall-of-Fame Classes (US National HOF and Professional Lacrosse HOF), a 2X National Champion and 4X All-American at Syracuse University, and a 3X World Champion in the MLL with the Philadelphia Barrage. Roy served as a high school coach at Ridgefield HS in CT from 2009-2024, where his teams won 3 state championships and he helped 100's of players with their recruiting process. Roy's 3 sons are accomplished lacrosse players in their own right, with Ryan attending UVA, Kyle attending Duke, and youngest son Christopher electing to attend UNC after his recruiting process concluded in September of 2025. Roy's passion for the game and unique knowledge of all things lacrosse make him an incredible resource for players, parents and coaches.
