Hi I’m Ray! I’ve been a teacher in the US for over 15 years. I grew up in a truly bilingual household. My mom spoke Mexican Spanish and my dad spoke American English. I speak English with a neutral accent. I also have an advanced intermediate comprehension of Brazilian Portuguese. Recently I earned a CELTA certificate from the University of
Cambridge. I also have two master’s degrees: one in Education Leadership and Policy and the other in Latin American Studies. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. I love teaching and giving you that “aha!” moment. My lessons are tailored to your goals and I’ll adapt to your level. You’ll be confident and natural in your ability to speak and understand English.
