I was touched before I was taught.I was harmed before I was held.And for years I carried a shame that was never mine to carry.I thought I was dirty… ruined… unworthy.But I wasn’t.I was wounded — not broken.And wounded women can rise. ✨ That’s where Raw Woman Energy was born. Not in a perfect life.Not in comfort.But in survival. I’ve been homeless.I’ve walked miles in the freezing cold to get my babies to school — rain on my face, fear in my chest, but determination in my legs.I’ve held four kids on my hip, in my heart, and on my back all at once.I’ve fed them before I fed myself.I’ve cried quietly so they wouldn’t hear. And still… I kept going. Postpartum depression tried to swallow me whole.There were nights I didn’t even recognize myself.Days where the weight of motherhood and pain felt like it could crush me.Times I felt so alone that even silence felt loud. But somewhere inside me — under the trauma, the exhaustion, the heartbreak — something lit up. 🔥 My Raw Woman Energy. The part of me that refuses to die.The part of me that remembers who I am.The part of me that chose healing over hurt, discipline over generational dysfunction, and purpose over pain.
