Never forget that 'one is too many' for a 'real alcoholic/addict'; there's no such thing as controlled use, only controlled insanity. If you start entertaining the idea of a 'geographic cure' or avoiding your 'home group,' you're already halfway 'back out.' Your sobriety is directly proportional to the amount of rigorous honesty you maintain—with yourself and your 'sponsor.' Keep your 'inventory' current by consistently doing your 'Tenth Step' and quickly making 'amends' when you need to. Choose connection over isolation to prevent that fatal return to the 'hell' of active addiction.
