Why I started this
I’ve spent more than a decade helping clients such as HBO, Turner Studios, CNN, ABC, NBC, National Geographic, ESPN, Disney, and more as a technical support engineer. I was then promoted to manage the same team of high-performing support engineers I had worked alongside for many years.
The move into management required a Mindset change. Many people struggle with this type of move and end up going back to being a support engineer. This community exists to help you succeed in your new role and stay in management.
