Q: how to heal the core wounds which can be deeper depending on the type of trauma a person has had
A: yes, there can be many layers, and complex systems. I had a very complex inner system where there were constellations formed and large areas disconnected, so the work needs to be very compassionate with the practitioner sitting in self-energy, and slowly allow it to unfold. The inner system actually knows the best direction, pace, order of parts in which to unfold. Just like the body actually knows how to heal. We just have to sit compassionately with it, giving it safe space, to allow the unfolding.
