Raising Leaders Not Followers™ is a 3-month leadership and life-skills program for teens ages 13–17 who are ready to grow in confidence, responsibility, emotional intelligence, and purpose. Each month focuses on a new theme—like identity, communication, decision-making, relationships, and goal setting—using relatable lessons, real-life practice, and weekly 60-minute coaching sessions.
Students learn to lead themselves well, make better choices, build healthy friendships, and develop habits that support their future success.
This is where teens discover who they are, who they’re becoming, and how to step into their future with clarity and courage.
