Hey everyone, I’m building a small wholesaling JV network and looking to connect with serious, experienced acquisitions wholesalers in Indianapolis, IN and Dayton, OH.

Here’s the idea:

✅ I focus on sourcing targeted motivated seller lists and building relationships with cash buyers.

✅ You focus on acquisitions — cold calling, seller follow-ups, making offers, negotiating, and getting properties under contract.

✅ We collaborate on qualified opportunities and agree on a fair profit split for successfully closed deals, subject to the appropriate legal JV structure.

Ideally, you:

● Have experience talking to motivated sellers.

● Know how to comp properties and negotiate offers.

● Are consistent with cold calling and follow-ups.

● Have completed wholesale deals or have demonstrable acquisitions experience.

● Want to build a long-term working relationship.

I’m looking to connect with 2–3 reliable people to start, not build a massive team overnight.
