I grew up believing I was ugly and unlovable , and so insecure
I looked in the mirror and didn’t like myself. I spent much of my life comparing myself, focusing on what I didn’t like, and being unkind to myself.
Looking back, I realise how much that affected how I showed up in life.
Hi, I’m Nadia. I began my career in the beauty industry 40 years ago, helping others feel more confident in their appearance.
But my own journey took me much deeper.
After years of exploring wellbeing, self-care and what truly helps us feel good about ourselves, I’ve come full circle.
I now understand that beauty isn’t just about how we look. It’s about how we care for ourselves — our skin, our bodies, our minds and our hearts — because how we feel about ourselves affects every area of our lives.
If I’m honest, I don’t know many people who truly feel happy with what they see in the mirror.
And I’m on a mission to change that!
