Warm up -
30 second rounds, station to station - 2 rounds
Air Squats
Push Ups
Planks
Scissor Kicks
Elastic Band Pulls
Workout
1 minute on, 30 seconds off - Station to station - 2 rounds
T-Bar Rows / Horizontal barbell rows
Bench Press (135lb or 95 lb)
Kettlebell Farmer Carry
Bulgarian Split Squat
Wall sits w/ 20 lb med ball
Kettlebell clean to squat to overhead press
Sled push / Sled pull
Battle Ropes
Core Burnout
30 seconds on, 30 seconds off - Station to Station - 2 Rounds
Side plank crunches (each side)
shoulder taps
bicycles
weighted side bends
