When Do I Stop?

I am currently using Rishab's "How to Pick a Science Research Project Idea" template, and on the first step it says to go on Wikipedia and start consuming, by typing the topic in one column, and putting all of the blue, highlighted texts (hyperlinks) in another. Now I'm a little confused because that one topic, and all those hyperlinks is almost the size of an entire page. Do I keep going, or do I switch it up?

If you guys can, please tell me how to do the rest of his template, anything would be deeply appreciated.

If you don't have experience in Rishab's way, please tell me any other way to choose a topic for my research paper.
