What ECs are Considered as TOP Tier?

Hey guys!

In many people's eyes, ECs are one of the few key principles when applying for colleges. Not only your ECs, but how to express your passion through them to, while also defining the impact they have done. Therefore, this post is here to question the topic of ECs and why some are better than most. Please share your opinions in the comments on what you think is the best EC and the worst EC and why?

Additionally, I would be extremely grateful if someone can tell me whether the EC I am currently doing, Model UN, is really worth my time.
