Help deciding classes

I’m going into soph year and I’m not sure what classes to take. For my core classes I’m taking ap pre cal, chem, ap world, and eng 2 not much room on those to even change. But for my elective the ones I want to do are Spanish 3 ap physics 1 but for my last two I’m not sure on. I’m planning to major in cs or ai but I can’t take ap cs a sophomore year for some reason. I’m contemplating ap psych which is considered for rank which js good or ap euro which is not considered for rank(ap psych is 6.0 first semester then 5.5). But the problem here is im not taking an engineering or stem course and my dream college is mit is that fine or do I need to take one? Any advice would help
