Dear Friends,

Please give me your honest opinion on taking AP CSA (Java) without any prior experience. I requested for a switch from CS-1 to AP-CSA (9th grade) which may be possible. Will it be easy to handle this course without prior experience or do I need to stick with CS-1? I am only going to take 1 CS course in high school and would like to go with APCSA to eventually learn python on my own.
