Long form video automation

Hello everyone. Does anyone know what software/stack I would need to use in order to get a workflow developed for editing in Remotion. How can I get a system created to make logical decisions using AI so it can decide what or where to make cuts and decide which timeline to put them in? Let me know if this is too ambitious. At the moment I use Claude Sonnet 4 for writing scripts, GPT for scene planning, Claude Haiku 4.5 as timeline director, Gemini Vision as clip analyst, Gemini for research. It also uses a whole host of services to collect assets like Pexels/ Pixabay, Wan2gp and a lot of others too many to list and Chatterbox temporarily for voiceover.
