Over the last few years , Temple of Selves and Elastic Perception have held space for deep exploration through breath-powered experiences, nervous system realignment, sound journeys and expanded states of awareness.

Due many factors its time for Temple of selves and Elastic perception to part ways and also to end the monthly breakthrough breathwork events and allow what is next to emerge ✨

The evening will feature a live immersive performance from award-winning guitarist, composer and psychedelic improviser Stepan Honc.

A self-proclaimed “4th dimension artist”, armed with a degree in classical guitar performance and countless festival appearances, Stepan uses the many voices of the guitar and the elasticity of musical timing to guide listeners through waves of tension and relief, movement and stillness — creating deeply atmospheric acoustic soundscapes unique to each moment.

Through guided breathwork, meditation and live music, we’ll soften beyond the noise of the mind and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of feeling, compassion and shared humanity.
