Cold 🥶🧊❄️ exposure challenge.
I'mm a big fan of cold exposure. I’ve experimented with cold showers and ice baths for some time, though not always consistently. Cold showers have been more consistent for me, but right now it’s summer where I am, so they’re not exactly that cold.
Also a big fan of Wim Hof breathwork! 🫁😤🌬 so thank you for the post. I really like the idea of adding a heater when you’re in the depth of winter to make the experience more enjoyable. That said, I do think one of the benefits of not using a heater is that the body starts to generate its own chemical response and energetic process.
At the same time, I’m curious to experiment with an energy rise during cold exposure, which I haven’t fully explored yet. I’ve been playing around with a kind of fire-breathing or energy-rise breathing—circular breathing—once the initial shock of the cold passes and the warmth begins to build internally.
Honestly, it’s an awesome practice. I highly recommend it. And I completely agree—start slowly, build up over time, and let the experience unfold naturally as you walk the path.
