Early on, I realized that if I wanted my business to grow, I had to stop working in the chaos and start building systems. A real business shouldn't depend on luck; it should depend on a solid foundation that represents you perfectly every time a client sees it.
I’ve spent a lot of time perfecting the "Digital First Impression" making sure that every touchpoint reflects authority and professional quality. It changes the conversation from "Are you the right fit?" to "When can we start?"
