Week In Review #3
This week was fantastic
Started lifting again after weeks of focusing on my endurance, still feel strong
Started creatine again 😈
As the days start to get longer I want to encourage you guys to go for a run, even if it's half a mile
I understand many of you have different goals that don't necessarily pertain to hybrid training
I am strong advocate for the way I train but I understand that it's not for everyone
So I will be releasing a video and a general program on building strength in the next week
Im always learning from you guys but let me know if there's anything you all would like to learn from me πŸ˜„
