This week was fantastic
Started lifting again after weeks of focusing on my endurance, still feel strong
Started creatine again π
As the days start to get longer I want to encourage you guys to go for a run, even if it's half a mile
I understand many of you have different goals that don't necessarily pertain to hybrid training
I am strong advocate for the way I train but I understand that it's not for everyone
So I will be releasing a video and a general program on building strength in the next week
Im always learning from you guys but let me know if there's anything you all would like to learn from me π
