Last week I was a guest for two interviews. The first was as a guest lecturer for Criminology students at Flinders University talking about my experience as a police officer and the impact trauma has had on my mental health. The second was as a guest on a podcast called A Brothers Mind. On this podcast I spoke about my experience in the military and police, overseas deployments, mental health and business.
