Phase 1 - Introduction
The introduction course is exactly that. An introduction. For this phase, our goal is simply to get you off the couch and into the gym. Month one of the first phase is designed to be nice and easy. What we're looking for is to get you off the couch and in the gym three times a week. We don't want you dreading the gym. The idea is to create habit through repetition so all we're asking is for one set of 30 reps, per exercise. This is just practice. Go light. Go slow. Hit your reps and go home!
