Most leaders (me) hate promoting themselves.
It feels uncomfortable. It feels self-centered. It feels like ego.
But here’s the truth:
Promotion is not about spotlighting the leader.
Promotion is about stewarding the mission.
Every mission needs visibility.
Every idea needs a voice.
Every movement needs a messenger.
If a leader refuses to communicate clearly, consistently, and courageously…
People don’t know where they’re going, why it matters, or how to join in.
That’s not humility. That’s confusion.
Marketing is simply the art of making the mission visible.
Promotion is the courage to be seen carrying it.
When done well, both become acts of service. What are your thoughts?
