Media and The Sobriety of The Christian Mind.
Media and The Sobriety of The Christian Mind.
This course examines media through the lens of 2 Timothy 4:5—"Be sober in all things." Drawing from Lippmann's Public Opinion, Chomsky's Manufacturing Consent, and Baldwin's The Devil Finds Work, students explore how media shapes belief and ask an honest question: Are we accidentally drunk? If we have never examined what media is and how it works, can we claim sobriety? Leaders will learn to engage media with Kingdom-grounded discernment.

A 40-Year Timeline of Netanyahu's Iran Obsession
A 40-Year Timeline of Netanyahu's Iran Obsession
Darren traces a 40-year timeline of Netanyahu lobbying every U.S. president to bomb Iran. From Israel secretly arming Iran in the 1980s to decades of rhetoric about imminent nuclear threats, five presidents said no. So why did Trump say yes? Darren raises hard questions about the Epstein files and what may be driving this war. He challenges believers and Americans to dig into facts rather than follow propaganda or emotion when forming their stance on the U.S.-Israel-Iran conflict.
