Joy
Psalm 21 King David writes about the joy in God's strength and salvation as well as divine blessings, protection, and triumph over enemies. David had to triumph over many physical and spiritual battles in his life, and we are no different; we also face battles every single day, and just like David, we have to trust God to get us through them. We cannot do anything in our own power, no matter how hard we try! 1. David says: 2. 🌿He shall have joy in God's strength - not his own 3. 🌿God gave him his heart's desire 4. 🌿He was met with the blessings of goodness 5. 🌿He was blessed forever "The king shall have joy in Your strength, O Lord; And in Your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! You have given him his heart's desire and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah For You meet him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold upon his head. He asked life from You, and You gave it to him—Length of days forever and ever. His glory is great in Your salvation; Honor and majesty You have placed upon him. For You have made him most blessed forever; You have made him exceedingly glad about Your presence. For the king trusts in the Lord, and through the mercy of the Most High, he shall not be moved." David praised and honored God in spite of everything, and God blessed him - we often forget that God is with us even in the moments we are weak, doubting, waiting, or maybe even hiding - He is there, He is your Father and wants to give you the desires of your heart, but your heart needs to be aligned to God's heart. Take time today to be quiet and reflect on the desires of your heart and how you will glorify God with them?

Purpose
My whole movement is based on purpose, and last week I realized how easy it is to lose sight of your original goal. This morning, God just reminded me again in His Word why I am on this journey. 🙌🏻Psalm 20: 4 "May He grant you according to your heart's desire, and fulfill all your purpose" 🙌🏻Psalm 20:7 "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God" Don't get sidetracked by the "noise" of the world around you - focus on where and to what God is calling you. 💛I pray today that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you the desire of His heart and place it clearly on your heart
Psalm 19
Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. What I got from this Psalm today was that it starts with God's creation (heaven and earth) and how they reflect His Glory, from the rising and setting of the sun and the moon, and the patterns they follow, they have a set plan, and they follow it the way God designed it, and then the Psalm ends with us, His masterpiece creation. We were also created to follow His pattern for us - and this is determined by what we take in and what we send out from our hearts to the world. God's Word should be the source of all we say, think, and do, just like the sun and moon have a purpose, so do we. We can find that purpose only in His presence and Word.
