This is a meditation technique that stands for achieving peace and figurative weightlessness. Unfortunately you do achieve actual weightlessness in this excersize . You focus on something for about 10 to 15 minutes without fail of falling asleep. Once you do you can move the borders of your perception literally. Gently use your periferals to look northwest and southwest. I say this because you don't want to completely look away from your focal point. You have to gently look out of focus without completely losing your focal point. I know it's confusing but most learn by accident and then they are blown at how high off the ground they are perspectively
