This excersize was simply to defend my mind.. I summon energy from my hand on the1:2 count of inhale, exhale and use a transmutated gyroscope to spin a forever knot of 2 energies. Now this requires focus and is easier said than done unless the gap is closed between 2 people or you have a common enemy that you prefer unstable
