Ok so this is verging on things that I don't teach because I want to stay the master but I believe you will use your powers for good!
Ok here we go how to crimp your energy. So crimping is basically where you take a water hose and bend it so the water does not escape. This was a hard one. I spent 3 days trying to figure out how to take something as wispy as smoke (because energy is basically the same composition as fog /smoke /or even your spirit) and I thought for a while. Than I realized the energy will not circulate if the red diamond in the forge does not spin. It will not heal or help with focus if it runs into the grimoire (spell book) and has no where to go
