PTSD Stabilisation & Education is an educational space focused on nervous system safety and recovery foundations.
This group is not therapy and does not provide treatment or crisis support. It exists to help people understand how physiology, sleep, blood sugar, and nervous system regulation affect recovery capacity.
PTSD is not only psychological. When the nervous system is under chronic stress, motivation, emotional regulation, and insight are limited. Stabilisation reduces background stress, so recovery becomes possible rather than forced.
This space uses a bottom-up, layered approach and is intentionally low-pressure. There is no expectation to share, process trauma, or participate actively. Reading quietly is welcome.
The focus is on understanding rather than fixing, and on small, stabilising changes that support safety and capacity over time.
Move at your own pace. Less pressure, more safety.
