How To Get The Most Out Of This Group
This community has everything you need to improve at health and fitness - a community, course content etc. But if you don't make use of it, you won't get the benefits... Here's how you can actually use this group to get the most out of it. 1) Contribute Post about your progress, ask questions, give advice to other gym goers etc. Discuss what you're doing to improve and what's working. That's the best way to learn from each other and grow together. 2) Find a Gym Partner If you see someone who has a similar rating to you, you can message them here and ask if they wanna play a game. Having a training partner is so valuable if you're trying to get better. 3) Share your experiences and lessons One of the best ways to help you learn is to actually teach. If you can teach others something you've learned recently, that shows that you actually understand. Also, don't forget to celebrate your wins together! Let's make this the best fitness community out there!

How To Get The Most Out Of This Group
Let me show you a madness!
Over the last 12 months I’ve worked closely with Lucy to completely change her approach to training and health. This wasn’t just a gym programme. It started before she even signed up, with accountability around making the commitment in the first place. Because big goals don’t fail from lack of information They fail from lack of consistency. We focused on: • Structured training she could sustain long term • Clear nutrition habits instead of extremes • Weekly accountability and honest conversations • Building strength alongside fat loss • Showing up even on the low-motivation days The result? Leaner, stronger, fitter and more confident than she’s ever been. But the real win is this: She now trains as part of her lifestyle rather than something she tries to “be good at” for a few weeks. Most people don’t need a new plan they need a system that keeps them showing up. Proud of the work you’ve put in Lucy. On to the next phase. If you’re a busy professional struggling to stay consistent, message me “START” and I’ll explain how we build this properly!
