Initially I was struggling for guided Meditation/Meditation music because first problem was which one to choose and second YouTube had problem of ads during music play. Then I started using PMC app. Here I can choose no. of minutes I want to meditate and whether I need guided or music meditation. Also it maintains my record of days and no. Of minutes I am meditating. If you are facing similar issue you can try this. Also there are so many other features which you can explore.

In Reinvent, Radhika Ma’am explained Emotional Intelligence (EQ) so beautifully: Emotional Intelligence means you experience an emotion fully, without becoming the emotion.You don’t push it away, you don’t fight it, and you don’t let it take over.You simply accept the emotion, and the moment you accept it, the body shifts from fight/flight to surrender.In surrender, the emotion gets integrated, instead of creating stress or confusion. EQ is not about reacting —it is about responding from awareness. I found this so profound. Let’s practice it and stay in awareness :)))

I recently came across the Vigyana Bhairava Tantra (विज्ञान भैरव तंत्र) — a dialogue of around 112 verses between Shiva (Bhairava) and Parvati (Bhairavi). In that, Parvati asks, “How can one reach the highest state, the essence of peace?” and Shiva replies with 112 techniques. The essence of all these methods is simple: peace is found in the space between things — between breaths, between thoughts, between sounds, between emotions, between sensations, and between the knower and the known. It reminded me of what Pari Ma’am spoke about the other day regarding duality — so profound! In short, the stillness you seek is always here, in the gap, in the present moment :)
