Word of the Day: Food
To stay in alignment with my practice and what I do and continue to learn the word of the day is food. I decided to take my practice further by posting it on my YouTube channel and created a mini vlog for my word of the day.
I also shared my content learning curve in the beginning of the video.
This word of the day practice was a great idea that is helping build not just my confidence but how I’m able to share content and develop content.
This has become my food for thought.
