Sunday Reset: What's Your One Move This Week?
Every Sunday we reset. No dwelling on last week. No vague goals. One specific action.
Here's how it works. Answer these 3 questions:
  1. What's one thing you did well this past week? (Even something small. You held eye contact with a stranger. You went to the gym when you didn't want to. You didn't double-text.)
  2. What's one thing you need to stop doing? (Scrolling her Instagram at 2am. Making excuses for not approaching. Eating garbage and wondering why your energy is low.)
  3. What's your ONE move this week? Not five goals. One move. Make it specific.
Bad example: "Be more confident"
Good example: "Start a conversation with one new person every day this week -- doesn't have to be a woman, just someone new"
