Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.

I’ve been doing exploring on here and I am so excited!! I picked performance for training and by December 31st I want to be stronger physically and mentally and one step closer to a pull up!
