It's amazing to have a community like this. In my family there's no one like me. In the past yes currently not so much. So it means the world to me to have people that understand my fitness obsession. I always say. I have a healthy fear of being unhealthy. After my injuries so many messages poured in pretty much saying the same thing. Rest, Recover and come back better than ever. In one month I've tested my strength 3 times very carefully. Today I finally lifted heavy with No pain! Im so excited! I have a appointment with a specialist again on the 22nd and hopefully im fully cleared. Wish me luck. 🦍
