One 1.5 hour Social Emotional Learning workshop This workshop will explore the five core competencies of Social Emotional Learning and focus on Self Awareness & Self Care. The participants will have an interactive and transformative experience. The participants will take away new perspectives on self; the environments around them, and new coping skills for life’s personal and professional challenges. Additionally, the facilitator will administer a satisfaction survey.

It offers useful resources and examples of typical documents for review. After attending this workshop, participants will have the necessary knowledge to become more confident and effective members of the IEP team or more poised and self-assured .
