JIRA as a tool for performance evaluation
Hi everyone! Here is a very tricky and challenging question. I showed Jira to my HR manager. After my presentation he was thrilled and enthusiastic. He thinks that he may use the tool for performance evaluation of the personne, i.e. to see who is working well and who is wasting time. I suppose Jira was never conceived for that. However what are your opinions on this? Do you have any experience about? Is there any other Atlassian product utilised for this purpose? Thanks.
