Overhaul Options

How are all y'all planning for engine rebuilds? Are you banking a bit per hour or do you do something different? I have been planning in bit of cash for the engine and prop overhauls from the hourly, but I'm wondering if refinancing the plane to include the overhauls when they come due may be a better option...Thoughts?

I should say that banking the money before hand is really the safest option considering rates and bank interest in your concept may change then you are out. But its something to keep in mind if the time comes sooner than we are thinking.
